   All submissions are subject to editorial review. The Newspaper reserves the right to edit, shorten, clarify or decline any letter at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Originality and Responsibility
   You confirm that your submission is your original work, does not infringe the rights of any third party and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You accept full responsibility for the content of your letter.

4. Accuracy and Defamation
   You agree not to include any material that is knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive or otherwise unlawful. The Newspaper accepts no liability for statements made by contributors.

5. Identification and Attribution
   You consent to the publication of your name and, where appropriate, your general location (for example, town or city) alongside your letter. Anonymous or pseudonymous submissions may not be accepted.

6. Data Use
   Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of processing and publishing your submission, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Right to Remove
   The Newspaper reserves the right to remove or amend published letters at any time.
